Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use coachabdulrehman.com and the Break the Stillness Trap app. It is short, and in plain words. In it, “we” means Coach Abdul Rehman and the small team who help him run the website, the app and the programme for companies.

The short version

  • We don’t sell your information, and there are no adverts.
  • The website’s free tools, like the body check, work in your browser. Your answers stay on your device.
  • We count visits with Google Analytics, which uses cookies. It never gets your answers.
  • The app has no account and no server. Your moves and answers stay on your phone unless you choose to send them.
  • If your company runs our programme, it sees totals only: never your name or your own answers.
  • Questions, or want something deleted? Email [email protected].

Who looks after your information

Coach Abdul Rehman, the author of Break the Stillness Trap. You can reach him at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +92 313 3111136.

On this website

When you visit

Like every website, ours is kept on a web server, and our hosting company records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you open. These logs keep the site running and secure, and the hosting company keeps them only for a limited time. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also sees these details to protect the site from attacks.

The site’s fonts and pictures come from our own server, so your visit is not shared with a font or picture service. Apart from Google Analytics, below, we use no tracking tools: no advertising pixels and no heatmaps.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages help them. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you open, the kind of device you use and your approximate location. It also counts a few clicks: opening the book’s store window and the store you choose; playing the audiobook sample or a video; starting, finishing or closing the body check, and the button you press after it; and starting or sending the intake form, with the package you chose. It never receives your body-check answers or result, your name or your contact details. We look at these numbers only in total, and never use them for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn Google Analytics off with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.

When you write to us

If you use the contact form, you send us your name, your email address and your message. They come to Coach by email so he can answer you. If you write on WhatsApp or by email instead, WhatsApp or your email provider handle that message under their own privacy policies. We use what you send only to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about, and we don’t keep it longer than we need to.

The client intake form

If you apply for one-to-one coaching, the intake form asks about your health, your goals, your routine and your equipment. Health answers are sensitive, so the form asks for your permission before you send them. When you finish, you send your answers to Coach yourself on WhatsApp, or copy them into a message: the form doesn’t send or store them anywhere else. While you fill it in, the form keeps an unfinished draft in your browser for up to 7 days, so you can come back to it.

Coach uses your answers only to design your plan safely, and never shares them. He keeps them while you are a client and for up to 12 months after your coaching ends. If you send the form but don’t become a client, they are deleted within 6 months. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner at any time.

The body check and other free tools

The 30-second body check works in your browser. It keeps your last result on your device for up to 90 days, so it can say “welcome back”. Your answers and your result are never sent to us or to Google Analytics. The same goes for the “seated version” choice on the reset pages. The “Get the book” window picks your country’s Audible store from your browser’s time zone, inside your browser.

Videos

The demo videos are on YouTube. They load only when you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com. Once you press play, YouTube (Google) can see that you watched and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.

Links to stores and other websites

When you click a bookshop, Audible, WhatsApp or another website, you leave our site, and that website’s own privacy policy applies.

In the Break the Stillness Trap app

  • On your phone only: your moves, your answers, your check-ins, your why, your picture and your reminders. There is no account and no server.
  • Reminders are set on your phone. No reminder server is involved.
  • The camera is used only if you choose a desk check (your screen, or how you sit). It looks at one picture on your phone and deletes it straight away. Nothing is sent.
  • Videos play from YouTube when you tap Play, so YouTube can see that one was watched.
  • Start over (in You) deletes everything the app keeps on your phone.

If you send your data (the programme for companies)

Only if you tap “Export my data” does a file leave your phone, and only to where you send it. It holds your focus, your workdays, the dates of your moves and each reset’s area, your answers after resets, your check-ins, your desk set-up and your company code. It never holds your name, your why, your picture, the times of day or the dates of time away.

The file is for Coach Abdul Rehman’s programme team, so they can make your company’s totals report. Send it to the address your programme gives you, never to HR or a work chat. The team files it under a number, not your name, keeps it private, and deletes it 30 days after your company’s report is made.

Your company sees totals only: for the whole company and for departments of 5 people or more. Averages need 5 people or more, and smaller departments are put together so no one can be picked out. Your company never sees your name, your own answers or the times you did things, and the numbers are not for appraisals.

Who else is involved

We use a few services to run the website, the app and the programme: our web hosting company, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, email (Google), WhatsApp if you message us there, and YouTube for the videos. Some of them may handle data outside your country. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Children

The website and the app are for adults, and one-to-one coaching is for people aged 16 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes, and important changes are explained on this page.
