Do I need a gym membership?

No. The entire "Break the Stillness Trap" system and the Resets are designed to be done right in your office chair or standing at your desk. No equipment, no sweating, no extra hours required.

I have a herniated disc or active injury, is this safe?

While I have a deep background in Sports Injury Rehabilitation and design these movements to be restorative, you must always get clearance from your doctor or physical therapist before starting any new movement protocol if you have an active clinical injury.

How does 1-on-1 coaching work internationally?

Seamlessly. I coach professionals globally. We handle strategy calls via Zoom, and you get direct, priority access to me via WhatsApp for daily form checks, accountability, and real-time adjustments.
